How fast will I get an edit back?+
How many edits we can complete within the week depends on complexity. A simple talking-head cut may be completed within the day, while story-driven edits with heavier sourcing, motion, or sound work take longer. Your editor gives you a rough timeline before work begins and does their best to complete the work as soon as possible.
Who is actually editing my content?+
A real human editor. We match your content with an editor who can understand context, taste, pacing, and feedback instead of just applying a preset. Your editor reaches out by email within 24 hours after payment is confirmed.
How do footage and feedback work?+
Send the footage, references, and notes for your edit using the upload instructions we provide. You will discuss creative direction, timing, review links, and revision notes directly with a real person by email.
Are revisions really unlimited?+
Yes. Revisions are included until you approve the edit, as long as they remain within the original creative direction. A substantially different concept becomes a new edit after the current one is complete, or can begin immediately if your plan has another available editing spot.
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
Yes. You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
Is Team just a bigger editing plan?+
Team goes much further. It is for established creators who want specialists supporting the whole content operation, from research and hooks to editing and scheduling. We build the team and capacity around your publishing goals.
